Note: minor applicants must attach a signed Letter of Parental/Guardian Consent and operate under intensified supervision, emailed to media@mud4fun.com after submitting.

Note: valid copies of the Civil Aviation Authority Certificate, valid RPL, and proof of Aviation Third Party Liability Insurance must be emailed to media@mud4fun.com to authorize any flight mission.

6. Binding Declaration and Execution

The Applicant (or its duly authorized representative) hereby confirms they have read, understood and accepted the Mud4Fun Master Media Policy and Regulatory Framework. The Applicant expressly acknowledges and agrees to be bound by:

  1. The Physics of Risk: the high-tension energy of kinetic recovery operations and the absolute enforcement of the mandatory 150-foot Safety Rule.
  2. The Visibility Mandate: the strict operational requirement to wear the official Mud4Fun-issued high-visibility vest and identification markers at all times while on-site.
  3. The Covenant Not to Sue: a comprehensive, legally binding waiver of liability and indemnification for personal injury, permanent disability, death, or equipment damage sustained anywhere within the venue precincts.
  4. Data Protection and Ethical Mandates: strict adherence to the Blurring Standard for minors within the Kiddie Corner and Little Muddy Warriors Village.
  5. Brand Protection: universal watermarking standards, tagging protocols, and the absolute prohibition of unauthorized live-streaming or feeding event data into generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) models.
